About Dews and Aire Career Guidance Foundation
Every child has a dream, a spark of potential waiting to shine. Yet, too often, young people in Nigeria face confusion, missed opportunities, and a lack of guidance that leaves their dreams fading before they can even begin.
Dews and Aire Career Guidance Foundation was born out of a deep desire to change that story. We exist to guide young people, especially students in underserved communities, toward discovering their strengths, exploring the world of possibilities, and building the skills they need to shape their own future.
For many students, the path from school to a fulfilling career feels unclear. Wrong choices, lack of mentorship, and limited exposure can leave them feeling lost and uncertain. Our Foundation steps in to provide the guidance, tools, and encouragement they need to find clarity, confidence, and purpose.
